The feel great system is not primarily focused on weight loss but on lowering insulin levels. However, weight loss occurs as a side effect over time with patience, consistency, and possible dietary changes. To enhance weight loss results, it is recommended to increase protein intake with each meal while using the system, which can accelerate the changes in body composition and how clothes fit.
The results and timeline of the feel great system vary due to individual differences in metabolic health. While an accurate measure of when desired results will be seen is not possible, feeling better is guaranteed within the first 30 days with consistent daily product usage. Various factors such as gut health, fatty liver, visceral fat, and medications determine the benefits and the time it takes to observe changes—ranging from a day for some individuals to a week for others, and at least six weeks for many. If weight loss is your main goal, be aware that progress may be slow without dietary changes, as the feel great system primarily focuses on lowering insulin. Weight loss can occur as a side effect but requires time, patience, and consistency. Don’t give up; the members’ resource section offers tips to maximize results, and you have the option to modify your diet alongside using the system if desired.
Unimate provides several primary benefits, including increased energy levels and a lack of jitters, attributed to its high antioxidant content that slows down caffeine breakdown, preventing crashes. With a higher concentration of antioxidants compared to green tea and other teas, Unimate is effective in preventing oxidative stress and promoting a calming energy and focus. It is important to note that Unimate contains a similar caffeine content as a cup of premium coffee (less than 100mg), so it is advised to consume it slowly and mindfully, avoiding chugging and instead sipping and enjoying it.
Yes. Because of the caffeine and chlorogenic acid content in Unimate, we don’t recommend drinking Unimate before attempting to sleep, but having additional servings throughout the day is okay. We recommend having an additional serving between meals to help curb any craving to snack and to enhance the benefits of the system.
Yes. If you do have more than two meals per day (assuming you haven’t reached the 16-hour fast mark yet), we recommend taking Balance before each meal.
Yes. If the meal you’re about to eat is particularly high in carbohydrate or sugar content, we recommend having an additional serving of Balance.
Introducing fiber can increase gas or bloating in some people. This is a normal reaction as your body begins to acclimate to the increased daily fiber intake. This is a temporary effect and should diminish after 2–3 weeks. If you’re very uncomfortable, consider taking only one or a half packet of Balance daily before your first meal, or take it on its own without a meal until you are adjusted.
This will depend entirely upon your goals. Feel Great is not a restrictive diet, a passing fad, or a difficult health challenge. It is designed to be a sustainable lifestyle system. These are tools that you can consistently use to combat the modern food environment and no longer have to rely on willpower. My family and I have been using the system since 2013 and have only benefitted from the compound effect of improved metabolic health using the system over the years.
